Terms & Conditions

My Terms & Conditions are in place to protect my business and ensure that I provide a professional service to all clients.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. 

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

No-shows will be charged in full and any future appointments will need to be paid for upfront.

Late arrivals can impact other client’s treatments; therefore if you arrive more than 10 minutes late your service will be affected.

There are some treatments in which I can shorten if you are late, such as a massage appointment, however you will still be charged the full amount.

If I cannot shorten your service, for example a bikini wax, then your appointment will be cancelled but you will still be charged.

Some services require a patch test, please ensure you book a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment. If you arrive for a treatment without having had a patch test your treatment will not go ahead but you will still be charged. 

You may be able to change to an alternative treatment that doesn’t require a patch test.


Gift vouchers can be used on all products and services and will have an expiry date of one year.

If they are not used within that time they will be void.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

If something goes wrong I need you to tell me about it. 

If you have a complaint please contact me with the details of the complaint in writing as soon as possible. I will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
